MTV Broadcast Crews Armed With Video Phones To Premiere Exclusive Footage and Performances On Friday August 8th & Saturday August 9th.
Let the pandemonium begin… For the first time ever, MTV will document the lives of the rock phenoms Jonas Brothers by streaming live video content on the internet in real time while bringing footage to on-air on “Jonas Brothers: Live & Mobile.” Beginning at 4:00pm ET on Friday, August 8th right up until the brothers take the stage at Jones Beach and frequently throughout Saturday, August 9th from 8am through 8pm ET when the band headlines at Madison Square Garden.
Fans who want to get in on the action can tune in to “Jonas Brothers: Live & Mobile Part I” on Saturday, August 9th at 2:00pm ET/PT and “Jonas Brothers: Live & Mobile Part II” at 10:00pm ET/PT where viewers will have a chance to catch up on the best moments of the weekend and see exclusive new footage. The 30 minute compilation special will be packed with never before seen interviews with the guys, candid moments as they prepare for the performances and the Bro’s will recap the best moments over the two days and showcase unseen moments.
jonasbros.mtv.com will post the minute-by-minute live feed of the frenetic pace of the Jonas Brothers’ promotional tour for their upcoming album “A Little Bit Longer,” set for release on August 12th. In addition to the live video streams, MTV will be live-blogging all the goings-on behind the scenes, from 3pm – midnight ET on Friday, and 8am – midnight ET on Saturday. The Jonas Brothers will also give feedback to a few lucky posters on the site’s interactive wall throughout the day.
