Rihanna's first UK No. 1 has held the top spot for its ninth week tonight, the official UK charts company has revealed."Umbrella" ft. Jay-Z is also top of the US and Ireland charts, and is shaping up as one of the biggest hit singles in recent times. This week, Rihanna has some serious competition as Fergie's "Big Girls Don't Cry"rose six places to No. 2.
Actually what is it about "Umbrella" that keeps it to the top for so long? I'm starting to think that it's more a matter of Rihanna's new bad girl looks rather than her talent...
