Leona Lewis is featured on the July 2008 cover of Blender Magazine. Blender’s warning platinum-selling songstress Mariah Carey to make way for music’s new pop powerhouse. However, Leona still has a long way to go until she'll achieve everything that Mariah has achieved. I do think it's all media and that Leona just wants to focus on herself and her music.
In the magazine she mentions:
“I don’t wear little miniskirts and low-cut tops. If you want to show your bits off, it’s up to you. … When I was 18, I had a few glasses of Alcopop — they’re bubblegummy drinks with a bit of alcohol — and it was gross. I’ve tasted champagne, which is gross. And I taste d wine, which I don’t like,” Leona tells the music mag.
